LINCOLN, Nebraska —\u00a0 On November 29, 2015, at 8:47 p.m., officers with the Lincoln Police Department responded to the report of suspicious activity in the area of N. 73rd and Adams. An officer contacted two people<\/a> seated inside a parked car, affixed with stolen license plates.<\/p>\n A man, seated in the driver’s seat, was found to have two felony warrants out of Merrick County. One warrant was for Terroristic Threats, the second for Obstructing a Peace Officer. Two other officers arrived on scene and were assisting with the arrest when the man stated he “wasn’t going to jail” and began to struggle with officers.<\/p>\n
