It is unclear whether they were passengers or crew, but officials said no passengers required medical attention.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Upon landing, the flight was met on the runway by\u00a0the airport&#8217;s public safety division.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Police officers, firefighters and emergency medical services helped to bring the six affected people into air-conditioned spaces, spokeswoman Kim Bridger told the\u00a0<a class=\"\" href=\"http:\/\/bit.ly\/1Sd5NxR\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow\">Corpus Christi Caller-Times<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\"><a href=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/95341d7aa485b93b3e8213ed0cf1042f.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-61454\" src=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/95341d7aa485b93b3e8213ed0cf1042f-1024x667.jpg\" alt=\"95341d7aa485b93b3e8213ed0cf1042f\" width=\"940\" height=\"612\" srcset=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/95341d7aa485b93b3e8213ed0cf1042f-1024x667.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/95341d7aa485b93b3e8213ed0cf1042f-300x195.jpg 300w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/95341d7aa485b93b3e8213ed0cf1042f-768x500.jpg 768w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/95341d7aa485b93b3e8213ed0cf1042f-696x453.jpg 696w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/95341d7aa485b93b3e8213ed0cf1042f-1068x695.jpg 1068w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/95341d7aa485b93b3e8213ed0cf1042f-645x420.jpg 645w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/12\/95341d7aa485b93b3e8213ed0cf1042f.jpg 1287w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 940px) 100vw, 940px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">She said the plane contained 71 passengers and four crew members, including a pilot.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The crew was apparently able to remedy the air conditioning problem and the plane left the airport about two hours later.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The emergency landing comes as airlines are shifting the timing of thousands of flights as they try to avoid delays while hauling millions of passengers from now through the Christmas weekend.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">A Black Lives Matter protest in Minneapolis clogged roads around the airport and temporarily blocked access to one of the two terminals.<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">There were about 5,300 delays and 430 cancellations at around 8.15pm, according to flight tracking site FlightAware.
