NORMAN, OKLAHOMA — On February 4, 2016, the Norman Police Department arrested a 17-year-old male and 19-year-old Anthony Mundell in connection to the murder of 41-year-old Kenneth Keeling. Both were charged with one count of murder in the 1st degree.<\/p>\n
On December 14, 2015, police found Keeling lying on the ground inside his residence at the Summerfield Village Apartments, 920 E. Lindsey, suffering from a gunshot wound. Keeling was transported to a local hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries. Further investigation into the incident revealed that Keeling was a bystander who was fatally shot while the shooter attempted to fire shots toward another group of people.<\/p>\n
An arrest warrant is still outstanding for a third suspect, 18-year-old Tevin Kyreece Martin-Hicks.<\/p>\n
