Man Indicted After Being Shot Multiple Times By Deputies"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>NASHVILLE \u2013 An investigation by Special Agents with the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has resulted in a Montgomery County man facing multiple charges, including aggravated assault, in connection with a 2015 shooting involving Humphreys County deputies.<\/p>\n<p>On November 11, 2015, at the request of 23rd District Attorney General Ray Crouch, TBI Special Agents began investigating an officer-involved shooting off Highway 13 in Waverly. Deputies with the Humphreys County Sheriff\u2019s Office were sent to a motorist assist call and encountered Brian Michael Bric fleeing from the scene into the woods. The investigation revealed that while in the woods, Bric pointed a weapon at the officers and officers fired at Bric. Bric was struck multiple times and hospitalized. No deputies were injured.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/CajPY-jVAAE3iwb.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-66208\" src=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/CajPY-jVAAE3iwb.jpg\" alt=\"CajPY-jVAAE3iwb\" width=\"539\" height=\"609\" srcset=\"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/CajPY-jVAAE3iwb.jpg 539w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/CajPY-jVAAE3iwb-266x300.jpg 266w, https:\/\/breaking911.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/02\/CajPY-jVAAE3iwb-372x420.jpg 372w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 539px) 100vw, 539px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>On Monday, the Humphreys County Grand Jury returned indictments charging Bric, 37, with four counts of Aggravated Assault, one count of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and one count of Evading Arrest. On Friday, Bric was transported from Montgomery County, where he was being held on unrelated charges, and booked into the Humphreys County Jail.
