They are expected to release more details in a press conference later this afternoon.<\/p>\n<p>Crime scene tape was seen blocking of a small residential street in Vallejo.<\/p>\n<p>Neighbors told NBCBayArea the officer has lived in the neighborhood with his wife, children and extended family for about eight years.
