{"id":74729,"date":"2016-04-28T22:00:08","date_gmt":"2016-04-29T02:00:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/?p=74729"},"modified":"2016-04-28T22:01:18","modified_gmt":"2016-04-29T02:01:18","slug":"man-charged-with-killing-son-now-charged-with-wifes-capital-murder","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/breaking911.com\/man-charged-with-killing-son-now-charged-with-wifes-capital-murder\/","title":{"rendered":"Man Charged with Killing Son Now Charged with Wife\u2019s Capital Murder"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>CALIFORNIA &#8212; A 69-year-old man was charged today with fatally stabbing his wife at their North Hills home, before shooting his son to death outside of the house.<\/p>\n<p>Deputy District Attorney Emily Cole said Shehada Khalil Issa faces two counts of willful, deliberate and premeditated murder with a special circumstance allegation of multiple murders.<\/p>\n<p>Arraignment is scheduled at 8:30 a.m. on May 17 in Department S of the Los Angeles County Superior Court, San Fernando Branch.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant is accused of killing his wife, Rabihah Shibi Issa, 68, with a knife on or between March 27 and 29, according to the charging document.<\/p>\n<p>The felony complaint also includes a special allegation that the defendant personally and intentionally discharged a shotgun, which caused great bodily injury and death to his son, Amir Issa, 38, and a hate crime allegation.<\/p>\n<p>On March 29, police responding to the family\u2019s home allegedly discovered the body of Amir Issa outside of the house and Rabihah Issa\u2019s body was found inside a bathroom, the prosecutor said.<\/p>\n<p>The defendant is being held without bail.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CALIFORNIA &#8212; A 69-year-old man was charged today with fatally stabbing his wife at their North Hills home, before shooting his son to death outside of the house.
