MEXICO — Up to 16 people were abducted from the “La Leche” restaurant in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico early Monday.<\/p>\n

According to the Associated Press, ‘two SUVs carrying an unknown number of gunmen’ kidnapped the victims around 1 a.m.<\/p>\n

Multiple vehicles were left behind after the attack–which occurred on the city’s main tourist strip.<\/p>\n

Police were on scene attempting to identify the victims and their possible location.<\/p>\n

The investigation is ongoing.<\/p>\n
