MICHIGAN — Residents in several cities reported seeing a large flash, a bang or an explosion in the night sky Tuesday night. The majority of the reports came from the metro Detroit area.
According to the National Weather Service, the incident is a possible meteor entering the atmosphere.
Videos posted online appeared to show the event.
