A registered sex offender walks into a message parlor. (Stop me if you’ve heard this one)- Samuel Dupree Sparks, 30, was arrested Wednesday and booked into the Pierce County Jail on charges of first-degree kidnapping with sexual motivation, second-degree rape and attempted indecent liberties.
Sparks walked into the Imperial Foot Massage business at 9205 S. Tacoma Way in Lakewood, WA. on Halloween. He asked for a full body massage and was led to a back room. When the employee entered the room, she found the man naked. She tried to hand him a towel. That’s when the suspect grabbed her, forcing her onto the table. She broke free and Sparks chased her, still naked. She hid until the suspect finally left the business.
Police located Sparks through the GPS bracelet. Sparks has prior convictions for first-degree kidnapping with sexual motivation and indecent liberties with forcible compulsion. Q13FOX contributed to this story.
