25 voting machines were shut down today after ‘Vote-Flipping’ was reported. Most all machines were reportedly switching the cast vote from Republican to Democrat. Voters realized the malfunction after reviewing their castings at the end of voting. Spokeswoman Nikki Charlson says the malfunctioning machines have been taken out of service and no wrong ballots were submitted. FOX BALTIMORE
