Two men and a woman were charged Monday with shooting-up a South Los Angeles supermarket on New Year’s Eve, injuring six people.

Beverly Surratt, 28, Juwann Keaire Williams, 18, and Marquae Yoakum, 20 each face one felony count each of conspiracy to commit murder, two counts of attempted murder and six counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm.

Surratt is in custody, the other two suspects remain at large.

Surratt reportedly got into an argument with another shopper while in line at a register on New Year’s Eve. Surratt left the store in the 10200 block of S. Avalon Blvd and met at a house with Williams and Yoakum, who are charged with then going to the store and firing a dozen times into the supermarket. The victims were not seriously injured.

Los Angeles County District Attorney George Gascón declined to elaborate on what the argument was about.

The case remains under investigation by the Los Angeles Police Department, Southeast Division.
