Edinburg, TX — The Hidalgo County Sheriff’s Office is actively investigating the abduction of three young children:
– 3 year old Nallaly Garcia, brown eyes, black hair, unknown clothing
– 2 year old Angelo Garcia, brown eyes, black hair, unknown clothing
– 1 year old Jacob Garcia, brown eyes, black hair, unknown clothing
The three children, whom are currently under the care of their grandmother as per a safety plan set up by Child Protective Services, were taken by their biological mother, 25 year old Margarita Ann Tobias, whom is currently under investigation by CPS.
Tobias, without permission from CPS, was last seen leaving the children’s grandmother’s residence on foot pushing a pink stroller with the three children in the area of I Rd and Minnesota Rd in the community of Lopezville.
Margarita Ann Tobias is described as a 25 year old Hispanic female, 5’2”, 195 lbs, green eyes, blonde hair, and was last seen wearing a pink shirt and blue jeans.
