PITTSBURGH, PA – At approximately 4:20 p.m., Zone 1 Officers were dispatched to Pittsburgh Bureau of Police Headquarters at 1203 Western Avenue for a theft in progress.
Upon arrival, Officers observed three shirtless males standing next to a tan Chevrolet Colorado truck.
As Officers questioned the men about why they were in a private lot and to who the hitch on the back of the truck belonged, the men began to yell obscenities at the Officers.
According to the investigation, the tow hitch had been removed from the Flood Response Unit truck. It appeared as though the males were making the boat and trailer readily accessible to be placed on the back of their truck.
Arrested were Luke Miller, 24; Lowell Gloecki, 52; and Devin Gloecki, 23, all from West Mifflin. Their charges include theft by unlawful taking, receiving stolen property, criminal tresspass, and public drunkeness.
No mug shots were available.
