NASHVILLE, Tennessee — UPDATE: Oscar Burnett-Patton is jailed this morning in lieu of $240,000 bond on multiple criminal counts of aggravated robbery, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated burglary and a crooks with guns law violation stemming from a September 3rd home invasion.

In a related development in this case, Donte Unique Kingston, 18, of 1744 22nd Avenue North, is charged with a felony for harboring Burnett-Patton.  Kingston told officers Friday night that Burnett-Patton was not present inside the residence, when he was actually found upstairs after police entered.

Further investigation of Kingston and a woman present in the 22nd Avenue North home, Jasmine Shane, 23, revealed evidence linking them to Friday morning’s robbery of five construction employees of Hispanic descent who were confronted at gunpoint while at a worksite in East Nashville.

Initial Report: Police identified two of the three persons suspected of terrorizing a Crieve Hall family during a home invasion robbery on the night of September 3rd .

Oscar Burnett-Patton, 19, and Robert Kajuan Corder, 17 are facing charges including aggravated robbery, kidnapping, burglary, and use of a firearm while committing a dangerous felony. A third suspect is being sought.

The victims in this case are the 51-year-old homeowner, her 72-year-old mother, the homeowner’s 26-year-old daughter, and her 26-year-old boyfriend. At 10:15 p.m. on September 3rd, the three robbers appeared inside the home just after the 72-year-old resident returned from the grocery store.

Two of three robbers held guns on the four victims while the house was ransacked. After taking jewelry, phones and other small items, the robbers kidnapped the victims and forced them to go to two bank ATMs to withdraw money.

The victims were ordered into their personal vehicles, two victims per vehicle. One gunman per vehicle joined them, while the third drove the robbers’ car. All three vehicles went to the Regions Bank branch at Nippers Corner, where money was withdrawn.

The three vehicles then headed to the Bank of America branch on Franklin Pike in Brentwood where more money was withdrawn. From there, the three vehicles went to the Target parking lot on Old Hickory Boulevard, where the two gunmen got out of the victims’ cars, joined their accomplice and fled. The victims borrowed a phone from a citizen in the parking lot and called police.
