SAN ANTONIO, TX. (Castle Hills) –Authorities say 11 other residents of the Wedgwood Apartments have been hospitalized after Sunday morning’s fire and at least one is in critical condition. Some 150 residents were taken to a local high school.
A total of 150 firefighters from San Antonio and six other fire departments responded to the blaze, which was reported shortly after 6 a.m.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
