The 4-alarm fire started at a 3-story apartment building on 2122 Locust Street Tuesday around 5:40 p.m. The entire building was evacuated.
A firefighter was taken to Hahnemann Hospital after suffering cardiac issues. No other injuries have been reported.
Firefighters are on the roof of the building trying to bring the flames under control. Neighboring streets around 22nd and Locust are currently blocked.
