NEW YORK — Air France flight AF23 declared an emergency on the ground at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Wednesday.
The plane returned to the terminal as emergency responders were seen surrounding the aircraft. According to initial reports, fumes were reported on board. A Mayday was issued.
