Beech-Nut baby food has recalled jars of it’s product after broken glass was reported to have been found.
Statement from Beech-Nut: We have initiated a voluntary recall pertaining only to certain jars of our Classics Stage 2 Sweet Potato & Chicken. This is following a single report of a small piece of glass found in one jar of the product.
