Waiver rules: Customers can make one change to their plans for travel by Nov. 30 with no penalty or fare difference. When rescheduled travel occurs beyond Nov. 30, the change fee will be waived but a difference in fare may apply.

Waiver rules: Customers may rebook their flights for travel through Thursday, Nov. 28, 2013, prior to the departure of their originally scheduled flight. Customers with cancelled flights may also opt for a refund. Original travel must have been booked on or before Monday, Nov. 25, 2013.

Waiver rules: US Airways says that “in most cases,” fees will be waived if you are scheduled to travel Nov. 26 or 27 and you want to change your travel to occur on Nov. 26, 27, 28, 29, 30 or Dec 1 (provided that the origin and destination cities remain unchanged).
