Woman With Water Gun Filled With Pepper Spray Robs Post Office For Stamps

Gonzales, Louisiana — Police are looking for a woman who robbed a post office with a water gun Tuesday morning.

At 10:30 a.m. Tuesday morning, a black female walked into the Sorrento Post Office located at 8213 John Leblanc Blvd to purchase stamps.

When the clerk gave the subject the stamp, the subject produced what appeared to be a handgun, which turned out to be a water gun filled with pepper spray. The suspect sprayed the clerk in the face and exited the post office.

The suspect was last seen wearing a security type uniform, long coat with fur around the hood, and gloves.
