There have been at least three stabbings in the latest string of attacks in the city of Jerusalem.
The first attack was at the Lion’s Gate entrance to Jerusalem’s Old City where a civilian was injured by the attacker and the terrorist was then shot, it was initially reported that the terrorist jumped on a policeman and attempted to stab him but his flak jacket prevented the knife from penetrating, there were no injuries to police.
Another stabbing attack was on a policeman were he was stabbed in the abdomen by a female Arab at about 2:13 PM Israel time. The officer was situated outside the National Police Headquarters and managed to draw his weapon to fire at the terrorist which wounded her seriously. The Arab terrorist remains in a serious condition but the policeman’s wounds are reported to be non-life-threatening.
Emergency Agencies responded to a report of a stabbing attack in a northern Jerusalem neighborhood where two teenagers were reported to of been stabbed, there are still conflicting reports on how many terrorists were at the scene with multiple news agencies reported 2 attackers, the condition of the teenagers remains serious and one received CPR at the scene.
