TAMPA – Legendary actor and comedian Bob Saget was found dead in a hotel room inside the Ritz-Carlton Orlando, in Grande Lakes Sunday.
According to the Orange County Sheriff’s Office, Saget failed to meet his check out time and his family became worried.
Deputies said there were no signs of foul play or drug use at the scene. Adding that the room was “orderly.”

According to the report, Saget’s “left arm was across his chest while his right arm was resting on the bed. No signs of trauma were seen.”
The District Nine Medical Examiner’s Office in Orlando confirmed Monday their report found “no evidence of drug use or foul play.”
Chief Medical Examiner Joshua Stephany said, “An autopsy was performed this morning on Robert Lane Saget. Mr. Saget is a 65-year-old male, who was found unresponsive in his hotel room.”
“At this time, there is no evidence of drug use or foul play,” said Stephany. “The cause and manner of death are pending further studies and investigation which may take up to 10-12 weeks to complete. Our condolences go out to Mr. Saget’s loved ones during this difficult time.”
