JOSEPHINE, Texas — A North Texas English teacher for the Wylie Independent School District was found dead, along with her husband inside their home Sunday.
According to police: On September 11, 2022, at 8:12 pm the Josephine Police Department responded to the 700 Block of Mallard Street in reference to shots fired inside a residence. Upon arrival officers located two deceased adults who were identified as 40-year-oold Lacie Moore and Brian Moore.
Detectives from the Josephine Police Department, with the assistance from the Collin County Sheritf’s Office responded and processed the crime scene. It was determined Mrs. Moore was the victim of a murder-suicide.
