The body of a stowaway has been discovered in the landing gear of an AirFrance plane in Paris after it touched down from an 11 hour flight from Brazil.
The man was found clinging to the AirFrance plane’s landing gear during routine checks on the Boeing 777.
Authorities have reported that the body is currently undergoing forensic investigations so it can be identified.
This isn’t the first case this has happened, in 2013 a dead stowaway was discovered in the landing gear of a plane that landed in Paris’ Charles de Gaulle airport.
Travelers who attempt to hide in the landing gear have been found frozen inside the wheel-wells, they are usually unsuccessful due to the low levels of oxygen and low temperatures.
Pieces of other stowaways are reported to have fallen from the sky into cities and residential areas after the person is crushed by the landing gear during the flight.
