A teenager in Texas has been charged in a juvenile court for the murder of Jesse Cortinez, a 58-year-old man. In his anger at the man’s refusal to buy him a beer, a 16-year-old deliberately ran the man over with his car.
According to the investigation, the teen requested from Cortinez outside a store on Friday night to purchase some beer for him. When Cortinez declined and walked away, the youth drove his car into him.
After locating the vehicle which witnesses described, police arrested the teen after speaking with a number of people found at a home Abilene.
