ST. JOSEPH, MICHIGAN — The Berrien County Sheriff’s Office and the Michigan State Police were on the scene of a shooting incident at the Berrien County courthouse on Monday.
ABC 57 News reported a man was being taken to jail when he took a gun from a deputy and opened fire.
Two court bailiffs and the suspect are dead, according to WZZM.
The Governor told media the situation was “under control.”
The courthouse has been evacuated.
