FLORIDA — A 23-year-old woman was reportedly bitten by shark in Boca Raton Sunday afternoon.
She was taken to Boca Regional Hospital and is expected to survive.
According to The Palm Beach Post, ‘a bystander at the beach killed the 2-foot nurse shark. The woman was taken to the hospital with the shark still attached to her arm.’
No further details were available.
