Arrest Report Released For Pawn Stars’ ‘Chumlee’

NEVADA — Austin Russell AKA ‘Chumlee’ of Pawn Stars fame, was arrested on weapons and drug charges during a raid at his Las Vegas home.

Las Vegas Metro Police entered the residence in connection with a sexual assault investigation.

Russell is a suspect in the sexual assault case, but has not been charged with a sex crime. According to local reports, the case was opened when an adult woman told police she had been sexually assaulted by the reality TV star.

From KTNV: The purpose of the warrant was to retrieve bedding, take swabs and photographs of Russell, take photographs of his home, obtain surveillance video, and look for narcotics and associated paraphernalia.

The search was conducted on March 9. Russell was present at the time and waited in the front yard while his home was searched.

The following items were seized during the search:

A black shirt, digital scales, multiple clear plastic baggies, a clear plastic baggie with white residue, a rolled up $1 bill, a brown bedspread, a .45 caliber handgun and magazine, a smoking pipe, rolling papers, ODV and marijuana in various size bags, multiple Xanax “Zanie” bars, and 12 handguns and rifles.

Chumlee’s attorney told TMZ: “We will be analyzing what was allegedly found and whether the alleged seizure was lawful in a courtroom, not in the media. Austin has great faith in the judicial system, as do we, and looks forward to a just resolution of this matter.”
