A pair of videos showing two Philadelphia police officer’s encounter with Walter Wallace Jr., a man armed with a knife on Oct. 26, 2020 were released by the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office in conjunction with the Mayor’s Office, Philadelphia police and Wallace’s family on Nov. 3, 2020.
