BOSTON — The incident happened on Humboldt Avenue and Ruthven Street, police say.
A suspect has also been shot. According to WHDH, the suspect is dead and two others are in custody.
Reports say the Officer suffered was shot under the eye and has been placed in a medically induced coma.
