A 13-year-old boy was shot in the head in Philadelphia Wednesday evening.
The scene was at East Walnut Lane.
According to NBC Philadelphia, the teen was ‘struck once in the head and was taken to Einstein Hospital where he is currently in critical condition.’
The shooter apparently fled the scene and has not been located.
No further details were available.
