A 17-year-old has been arrested after posting a threat against a police officer on Twitter.
Montrae Toliver has been charged with making a terroristic threat.
Police received a tip about Toliver’s post Dec. 22.
Several area police departments have encouraged officers to take extra safety precautions after two New York Police Department officers were shot and killed in their police cruiser Dec. 20.
