UPDATE: Police Give All-Clear at Marymount Univ.; No Threat Found
VIRGINIA — Officials at Marymount University in Arlington ordered students and staff to seek shelter Monday after a man with a gun was reported on campus.
The scene is at 2807 North Glebe Road.
“Report of gun on campus :: ACPD is responding to a call reporting an Hispanic male in an unknown parking lot on campus with a gun. Go to secure location and wait further information,” the University wrote on their Facebook page. “Report of gun on campus. :: This is not a drill – go to secure location and await further information. ACPD on scene :: ACPD is on scene searching parking lots.”
There were no reports of injuries.
