LAS VEGAS — Turlock Ca. police announced they located a missing 15-year-old girl who was abducted by an Oklahoma police officer in Turlock on Wednesday.
Early this morning Danniel Boone Morgan II was taken into custody in Las Vegas. 15-year-old Alexis Odisho is safe and well and will soon be united with family.
It is believed the girl went with Morgan voluntarily while she was visiting family.
Morgan is a police officer with Kiowa Police Department in Oklahoma and is on administrative leave.
The circumstances of administrative status are unknown.
The 22 hour long investigation resulted in a “very joyous and successful conclusion of our investigation and the safe return of a child,” police said.
