BREAKING: Ohio Police Officer Indicted On 40 CRIMINAL CHARGES

Mansfield Police say Officer Mike Garn has been om administrative leave since November 26, 2014.

Following an investigation, multiple charges were submitted to the Richland County Prosecutors Office, NewsNet5 reported.

Garn was indicted on 40 counts of criminal charges on Thursday by a grand jury.

Among the charges include:

-Unauthorized use of the Ohio Law Enforcement Gateway, a felony in the 5th degree

-Dereliction of Duty, misdemeanor in the 2nd degree

-Burglary, felony in the 2nd Degree

-Trespass in a Habitation When a Person is Present or Likely to be Present, felony in the 4th degree

-Attempted Abduction, felony in the 5th degree

-Attempted Abduction, felony in the 4th degree

-Menacing by Stalking, felony in the 4th degree

-Tampering with Evidence, felony in the 3rd degree

-Sexual Batter, felony in the 3rd degree

-Public Indecency, misdemeanor in the 3rd degree

He surrendered himself to the Richland County Sheriff’s Office on Thursday.
