NEW YORK — Terminals 1 and 8 were evacuated at John F. Kennedy International Airport on Sunday after a ‘shots fired’ report.
First responders found no victims or signs of gunfire.
NYC Emergency Management Tweeted, “Due to police activity, the Van Wyck Expressway approaching JFK Airport is closed. Consider alternate routes and expect traffic delays.”
Police are investigating.
