WASHINGTON — President Trump on Tuesday called the COVID relief bill a ‘disgrace’ and said Congress must add larger stimulus payments and cut foreign aid.
Trump is demanding Congress pass a new bill “or else the next administration will have to deliver a Covid relief package.”
