Visalia, CA — This morning, an officer located suspect 46 year old Andrew Sedillo in the area of Main and County Center. Sedillo was wanted for battery on a spouse and fled from officers earlier in the day.
Upon contact, Sedillo failed to comply with officer’s orders and fled on foot. Police K-9 Bronson was utilized in the apprehension of the suspect and during the arrest the suspect fought and choked the police K-9.
The officer utilized his department issued Taser and the suspect was taken into custody.
The police K-9 and officer were uninjured and the suspect was booked for Domestic Violence, Resisting or Delaying a Peace Officer and Assault on a Police K-9.
