CALIFORNIA: Bomb Threat Email Forces Evacuation At Huntington Beach High

Students were evacuated at a high school in Huntington Beach, California on Monday as authorities investigated an threat claiming the presence of bombs in the school’s library and hallway.

The anonymous threat, sent via email, was received by the Edison High School principal at approximately 8:30 a.m.

Students were immediately evacuated to a field.

Authorities told NBC4  no threats were found after bomb sniffing dogs searched the campus.

It was not immediately clear when students would be allowed to return to the building in question.
