South Salt Lake, UTAH – (KSL) – It was a terrifying situation overnight as a teenage girl was believed to be kidnapped outside a convenience store in South Salt Lake. An Amber Alert was sent out Saturday morning as a result of the kidnapping. Police were eventually able to locate the suspect and victim, a 35-year-old woman, thanks to a flood of tips from the public.
