Police say they have carried out a controlled explosion near the new site of the US embassy in Wandsworth, London, which is under construction.
The measure was conducted after authorities were alerted of two suspicious vehicles in the area.
No Diplomats were at the site at the time—no injuries were reported.
The investigation continues.
