KNOXVILLE, Tenn. – (WBIR) – Dash camera video from the Tennessee Highway Patrol shows what happened the evening of July 14, 2020 when a police pursuit of a wanted Florida man turned into a shootout on an interstate in the heart of Knoxville.
Cristhian Eliud Ramos-Murillo vowed he’d never go back to Florida alive. After the shootout with Knox County and THP authorities, he got his wish.
