Baltimore County Police are investigating after a body was found behind a dumpster at Eastpoint Mall this morning.
Police responded to the scene behind the Kool Smiles Dental Office at 7839 Eastern Avenue, 21224 around 8:46 a.m. for a call of a cardiac arrest when the body was discovered. Homicide detectives were called to the scene after the victim, an adult man, was found to have suffered some type of trauma to the upper body.
The preliminary investigation indicates that the death may have been due to a non-criminal event that caused a fatal injury. The final determination as to cause and manner of death will be made following an autopsy at the Office of the Chief Medical Examiner.
