HOUSTON, TX – It all began when investigators received a tip from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The tip led authorities to an online account alleged to contain images of child sexual exploitation.

Investigators determined the owner of the account to be Darrian Kingsley, and a search warrant was obtained and executed. Upon executing the search warrant, investigators say they not only located numerous child porn images but “evidence” that he was sexually assaulting children himself.

Investigators interviewed him and he admitted to possessing child porn and also admitted to sexually abusing two children under the age of 13.

Constable Investigators charged Kingsley with multiple crimes.

Investigators were able to rescue these children from the potential of further abuse. The relationship between Kingsley and the victims were not revealed.

Darrian Kingsley was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail. His total bond was set at $700,000.00 out of the 176th District Court.

Constable Mark Herman said, “The Precinct Four Constable’s Office has taken a firm stance on identifying and eradicating child pornography and will continue to dedicate the necessary resources to seek out and charge those who prey on our children.”
