Lewiston, MAINE – Maine State Police and the Lewiston Police Department responded to a deadly shooting incident within the city Wednesday night. At least 18 people have been killed and dozens more injured, according to reports.
The gunman was identified as Robert Card. Card is a firearms instructor in the Army reserve with a history of mental health problems.

There are at least three active scenes. There was a large police response to Sparetime Recreation, a bowling alley, Schemengees Bar, located on Lincoln Street and a Walmart Distribution Center on Alfred A, Plourde Pkwy.
A motive for the massacre is unknown and the shooter remains at large, police said. Photos have been released showing him with a rifle.
