OHIO – Law enforcement officers are currently on the scene on Interstate 71 following reports of gunfire that wounded multiple people on the highway just northeast of downtown Columbus.
Information on the shooting incident and the exact number of casualties is not yet known, but 10TV reported that at least one victim has been transported to a hospital.
The wounded individual was discovered in the southbound lanes of I-71 around East Main Street. Sections of I-71 and I-670 have been closed down in the area.
