Just got evacuated out of the Staten Island Mall running through the back room of Box Lunch and escape exits amongst hundreds of other people. Not sure what’s happening, but I would strongly advise avoiding the mall at the moment. Total chaos.

Staten Island Mall – sounds like caos & confusion. NYPD has 1 person in custody, initially went out as an active shooter incident. MCI50 transmitted by EMS. They have 1 patient, injuries from a fall when people were running out of the mall. Unclear what exactly happened.
