Shots were fired at Norfolk’s MacArthur Center Mall Thursday during a ‘fight’, police say. The scene is at 300 Monticello Avenue.
A general manager says shots were fired on the first floor near Nordstrom.
Two people were taken to a hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Police officers with rifles drawn were seen rushing the scene.

The building was on lockdown. No suspects were in custody.
