Milford, CT — After police were alerted to a YouTube video containing audio of apparent child abuse, two parents have been arrested for threatening and risk of injury.
The parents have been identified as Daniel Perez, 33, and Alessandra Sillo, also 33.
Police have released few details but say the children, 3-year-old William Perez and 2-year-old Theodore Perez, are safe.
It is unclear who uploaded the audio to YouTube originally.
