ARIZONA — The Tempe Police Department says an officer used a Taser on a domestic violence suspect earlier this year while the suspect was holding his one-year-old child. Police say the incident happened on June 15, 2019, at a home near Hardy Road and Elliot Drive.
Ivaughn Oakry was arrested and charged with one count of domestic violence endangerment of the child and one count of domestic violence assault of the mother, however court records show those charges were later dropped.
